Less than a week before the 49ers go cherry red

I was just browsing through the 49ers official website when I saw this. This image of Frank Gore is an obvious hint that the team will revert back to the cherry red color for their new uniform design.

And if you’ve seen the 49ers Draft logos, you can see that they went from a maroon red to a cherry red. This probably isn’t new information, but it’s encouraging to see the team committing to this color red.

All the advertising banners on the site that promotes the upcoming season tickets all have the 49ers players wearing their 1980s throwback uniforms. Maybe that will just be their permanent look from now on.

And with less than a week before the Draft, I’ll throw in as much pre-Draft information I have. And on both days of the Draft, stick around as I will add commentaries to every pick the 49ers make.
